Our Books
LOVELY BOOKS FOR LITTLE EXPLORERS
We craft beautiful picture books to encourage children to pause and notice nature, whilst developing an inquisitiveness about the world in which we live.
Perfect for young readers aged two to six, our books are written in gently rhyming verse to encourage aural and oral development through rhyme and repetition. Charming narratives also promote close observation and thoughtfulness. Within the books, you’ll find fun facts and nature trails to encourage families not only to read together, but to learn and play together too.
Our books feature hand-drawn illustrations, with washes of oil, watercolour, acrylic and pastel on mixed textured surfaces. We print on the highest quality FSC certified paper stock, to ensure that our books look and feel beautiful whilst doing our best for the environment.
And most importantly, children love them!
Parrots Don’t Live in the City! and Hedgehogs Don’t Live in the City! are available at Waterstones nationwide, amazing independent bookshops, and in our online shop here. Our new 2022 release, We Are Family, will be available to pre-order this October - watch this space!
